Common questions
Do I need to furnish the property?
For short- and mid-term rentals, yes. We can advise on what to buy and where to save, or coordinate a full furnishing package. Long-term rentals can be leased unfurnished.
Can I still use the property myself?
Yes. Block owner dates on your dashboard any time and we'll keep the calendar clear.
How and when do I get paid?
Owner payouts are sent monthly by direct deposit along with a statement showing all income and expenses for the period.
Is there a contract?
There's a management agreement that spells out fees and responsibilities, but no long-term commitment. Either side can end it with 30 days' notice.
What areas do you serve?
